Hi, I’m Mirjam, a creative storyteller and video editor with a passion for building emotionally grounded content that connects.
Editing is where I first found my voice, where rhythm, visuals, and sound come together to tell stories that feel true. But over time, my curiosity has stretched beyond the timeline. I’m just as passionate about the strategy behind a campaign as I am about the cut itself. Whether I’m shaping a social edit, crafting a branded concept, or helping a message land visually, my goal is always the same: to create something that moves people.
Originally from Germany, I moved to California to follow my love for film and the creative industry. That journey led me from studying at SBCC to earning my B.A. in Film Production from USC’s highly selective School of Cinematic Arts, and most recently, wrapping up my M.S. in Digital Marketing. This blend of creative craft and marketing insight allows me to approach each project with intention, thoughtful emotion, and rooted in meaning. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to edit and create for brands like HBO Max, Warner Bros., and other production companies & businesses, experiences that shaped both my creative voice and strategic perspective.
I’m especially drawn to work that uplifts underrepresented voices, sparks conversation, and blends art with purpose. I care deeply about authenticity, representation, and storytelling that feels inclusive, surprising, and above all: human.
This site is a reflection of the stories I’ve helped bring to life, and the creative energy I bring to every project. When I’m not editing, you’ll probably find me chasing good music, thrifting, traveling to new places, or spending time outdoors.
